Walked around in Central Park. The ice rink was still open. Did I mention it is freezing here?

New York City: Brooklyn Bridge

I have always wanted to get this shot of the Brooklyn Bridge with Lower Manhattan in the background but couldn't figure out how to get here. Well this time I figured it out, but nearly froze to death waiting for the right light. Almost gave up. Glad I didn't.

New York City: Getting Here

Flew here today. For the first time ever, we did not fly nostop. Snow on the ground and ice on the plane in St Louis. Flight into JFK was delayed so the plane could be de-iced! Finally here and it is really cold. Winter all over again.
